Our Role as Your Insurance Broker

In understanding your business and offering cover

  • We shall understand your business, acquire relevant information of your business and risk exposures,
  • Get appropriate cover and terms from insurance companies & present to you with multiple quotes with competitive premiums to facilitate an informed decision-making.
  • Shall treat all information given by you as confidential and ensure documents submitted are secure.
  • Explain why a policy is needed and provide comparisons in terms of price, cover and service where there is a choice of products available
  • Explain the warranties or conditions imposed under the policy, and their implications, thereby ensuring you are completely aware of the insurance cover being proposed.

In Renewal of Insurance Contract

  • We shall ensure that you are aware of the expiry date of the insurance covers and that you receive the renewal invitation, with options from different insurers and premiums well in time before the expiry date.

In the event of Insurance Claim

  • We shall be by your side at the time of a claim. We shall intimate and register claim with insurer on your behalf on receipt of information of the incident.
  • Give prompt advice on various requirements concerning the claim and assist you in documentation.
  • Provide assistance and support and help in negotiations of the claim
  • We shall follow-up the claim with insurer/surveyor/TPA till finalisation
